Practice with Me
Grow • Transform • Realize • Yoga
The Yoga Way serves a diverse community—professionals, students, Yoga teachers, women and men from many backgrounds—who share one thing in common: a sincere desire to go deeper.
This is for you if:
You sense there is more to Yoga than flexibility or performance.
- You want clear, structured guidance from a teacher rooted in tradition.
- You are navigating scoliosis, injury, stress, grief or major life transitions, and need a practice or support that is both safe and meaningful.
- You are a serious student or teacher wanting to deepen pranayama, back bending, Nyasas, meditation and the study of Yogic texts.
You do not need to be advanced—only committed to practice and honest self-enquiry and the inner work.
Ways to work with me

Online Courses & Programs
Progressive, structured courses that build over time, combining asana, pranayama, meditation and philosophical teachings. Or, sessions that are about conditioning, mental training and relaxation.

Live Classes & Workshops
Virtual classes/courses with personalized feedback, alignment cues and time for questions.

Private & Customized Sessions
For students/clients with scoliosis, injury, specific health concerns like perimenopause, menopause, motherhood, stress or tension and/or advanced practice goals, I offer individualized guidance and customized practice sequences, and consultations.
Practice & Mentorship
There’s no one-size-fits-all yoga or meditation practice. Your body, story, and life circumstances are unique. My role is to support you in finding a practice that truly fits you, while honouring its roots.
I offer practical support for yoga teachers, educators, and healthcare professionals who want to deepen their understanding of:
- Breathwork (pranayama)
- Meditation and sequencing
- Subtle practices -
like mantras, mudras (hand gestures), and relaxation
Together, we’ll clarify your personal practice and your teaching, so what you share feels authentic, grounded, and sustainable.
