EMBRACE THE JOY OF LEARNING

Saying yes to new experiences invites more possibilities, creativity, and inspiration into your life. It doesn’t have to mean doing something extreme or wildly outside of your comfort zone (like moving or selling everything). It could be something simple and accessible that develops a skill at home for both personal and/or professional reasons. It might be fun, educational and shift a few things in your life right now!

“Shifts don’t have to move mountains—only your vision.”

How to keep a daily practice journal

When you’re ready to get really serious about your practice, one of the most powerful ways to grow and shift inner patterns is to write them down. The organic process of pen to paper can never be replaced. It links you to your subconscious and begins to uproot patterns and work on a higher level. I’ve been doing this since 1995—when I was living in South Korea as a young woman, travelling and teaching. You can get my journal for free.

Nyasa Course – Gestures of Connection to the Divine Source

In ancient times, Nyāsa—gestures that touch the body to connect with the cosmos—were woven into daily life. As many of us have lost touch with the divine feminine and masculine energies, this practice invites you to return to that sacred source.

If you feel something is missing and want to deepen your spiritual practice, this course offers a complete exploration of the nyāsa series. Using touch (mudrās) and sound (mantras), you’ll begin with your own body as the gateway to an inward journey.

You’ll learn:

  • Traditional Nyāsa sequences and their significance

  • Using mantras and touching specific body parts

  • Explore how mantra, touch and attention reshape inner perception

  • Cultivate an intimate connection with the divine presence

Treated as a sacred mental playground, the practice helps us see, accept, and work with our limits. Postures become tools for easing chronic pain, supporting injury recovery, and softening emotional tension. Read more
